On Saturday afternoon, it was a wild one at Carrow road as Liverpool FC secured all three points following their 4-5 comeback victory over Norwich City. Roberto Firmino scored twice and helped set-up Jordan Henderson’s goal in the 55th minute.
In Germany, İlkay Gündoğan had a goal and an assist as Borussia Dortmund defeated Borussia Monchengladbach 1-3. The victory for Dortmund keeps them firmly in second place, eight points behind leaders Bayern Munich and eight points ahead of third-place Hertha Berlin.
Finally in Paris, league leaders PSG took care of Angers, beating them by the score of 5-1. It was a fantastic team effort. Gregory van der Wiel had a goal and an assist while teammate Blaise Matuidi earned three assists. Although PSG holds a comfortable 21 point lead, it was sad news for van der Wiel, who will be out for a few weeks following surgery for appendicitis.
